Refunds & Returns — Summer Street Media

Each Women of BACKBONE book and signed print is part of a small, limited-edition series, created and shipped with great care by Summer Street Media. Because of the unique and collectible nature of these works, all sales are final once processed.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at contact@summerstreetmedia.org with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement when possible, or issue a refund if a replacement cannot be provided.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country.
